Have mercy Lord, and in your love,
cleanse me from all my guilt.
For I can see the wrong I've done;
I'm conscious of my sin.

Lord you are right in judging me;
truth is what you require.
Teach me, O God, and fill my mind,
Your wisdom I desire.
