When our God came to rescue us
The nations all around us knew
At first it seemed as if a dream
But it was really true
So we were filled with laughter
And our joyous shouts rang out
Now whatever would come after
We would never have to doubt

Our God has done great things for us
Our lives and hearts restored
So we rejoice in his matchless love
Ever hoping in the Lord

Restore our fortunes soon, O Lord
As water that a desert needs

Still assured of your provision
